Men at the kitchen – Solidarity Recipes

A tradicional charity dinner in Caxias do Sul that unites the region in favor of a noble cause, reduce the social differences and help the needys.

A tradicional event, since 2002, promoted by CDL Caxias, already supports about 195 social entities project’s. Men at the kitchen – Solidarity Recipes has gathered around 160 cooks, a chefs team composed by businessmen, politicians and community personalities whose make unique dishes in 40 different cuisines. A real gastronomic paradise.

The Delta Fire team together to the companies Clinica Satori and Milletour, created in this year a delicious congrio fillet wrapped in raw presciutto, Heart of palm and endive mousse with cherry tomatoes.
